IN-STORE PURCHASES

In-store returns are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY and must be presented within 14 days of purchase with original receipt.

ONLINE PURCHASES

Online purchases are eligible for refund to original payment method. Return items must be postmarked within 30 days from the date the order was placed. After this timeframe, your item is no longer eligible for return.

• The original shipping charge is non refundable.
• If an online purchased item does not fit, no free return labels will be provided (any returns in this scenario would be subject to a return fee deducted from the refund amount)
• Please allow 3-5 business days to process your return once it has been received.

RETURN GUIDELINES AND EXCEPTIONS

• All return items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition.
• All returns must have the original tags ATTACHED.
• Clearance and sale items are not returnable.
• Doorbusters are not returnable and considered FINAL SALE.
• Jewelry items are not returnable.
• Makeup items are not returnable.
• Toys are not returnable.
  

If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items returned to you. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage.
